Data Policy

Our approach to client data is built around your ownership, your platforms and agreed access. This page describes our intended delivery model; the agreement for each engagement defines its specific obligations.

Your environment

Custom workflows are hosted on your platforms. Yellow Intelligence does not host your operational data on its own servers. We work with your technology team to agree the environment, integrations and access needed for the engagement.

Your code

You own the custom code we build for your business. Handover and delivery arrangements are agreed as part of the engagement. Any third-party components remain subject to their own licenses.

Access and oversight

Before implementation, we agree which systems and data are required and who can access them. We design workflows with your team, including appropriate review and approval steps for the actions they perform.

AI providers and integrations

Some workflows may send selected information to AI providers or other services configured in your environment. These data flows, provider settings and constraints must be reviewed with your technology team before use. Hosting a workflow on your platform does not by itself mean all processing stays on that platform.

Existing AI initiatives

We build around your existing AI strategy and technology choices where appropriate. Requirements for confidentiality, retention, deletion, incident handling and ongoing support are agreed for each engagement.
